Easy Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. corn muffin mix
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. minced onions
vegetable oil

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients, stirring well.
Carefully drop batter by tablespoon into deep hot 370\u00b0 oil.
Fry 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.
Yields 2 dozen.
