Spaghetti Meat Sauce Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 1/2 cans tomato paste
    1/2 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. Angostura Bitters
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    2 bay leaves
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    In a large kettle, heat butter and olive oil and in this brown the meat.
    Add the green pepper, garlic, onion, mushrooms, tomato paste, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, Angostura Bitters, sugar, wine, salt and pepper to taste, celery salt, bay leaves and a generous dash of cayenne pepper.
    Cover and cook slowly for at least 3 hours.
