Hot Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 to 5 drops Tabasco sauce
    5 oz. \"hot\" horseradish (use Bookbinders extra hot horseradish for best results)
Preparation
    Melt cheese in microwave.
    While still hot, add other ingredients; stir well.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with your favorite crackers.
