Pineapple-Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1 c. evaporated milk
1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in water.
Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into 1 1/2-quart mold.
Chill until firm.
Makes 8 servings.
