Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    greens
    ham hock or vegetable oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    water
    sugar
Preparation
    Wash by looking on both sides of leaf.
    Be sure you wash real good.
    Put in pot.
    Add ham hock or vegetable oil and salt and pepper to taste.
    Add water to 1/2 fill pot.
    Cook until tender. A little sugar will make them very tender.
