State Fair Of Texas Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 hot dogs
    2/3 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except hot dogs) for batter.
    Boil hot dogs; put sticks in end of each hot dog.
    Dip in batter.
    Cook in deep fat at 360\u00b0 until brown.
    Serves 6 to 8.
