Jello Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 oz. box Jell-O (any flavor) or 3 oz. box sugar-free Jell-O
    1 c. sugar or 6 pkg. Equal
    1 c. hot water
    1 can Pet milk
    juice from 1 lemon (optional)
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Moisten crumbs with butter.
    Press in bottom dish, leave some to sprinkle on top.
    Whip cream cheese with Jell-O and hot water, add sugar.
    Whip milk and mix with other ingredients.
    Place in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
    Can garnish with fresh or frozen fruit.
