Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini (do not peel)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine soup, sour cream and onion; stir in carrot.
    Fold in zucchini; set aside.
    Combine stuffing and margarine; spread 1/2 mixture in 12 x 7 1/2-inch pan.
    Spoon the vegetables on top; sprinkle the rest of the dressing over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
