Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together shortening, 1 1/2 cups white sugar and eggs.
    Add flour, cream of tartar, soda, salt and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Roll into walnut-size balls.
    Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
    Roll balls in this mixture.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
