Waldorf Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
4 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. (2 sticks) margarine
1 1/2 c. milk frosting (recipe follows)
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour and baking powder; set aside.
In a small bowl, beat eggs.
Combine chocolate and margarine in a saucepan and heat over low heat until melted; cool slightly.
Add eggs and cooled chocolate to flour mixture; mix until well blended.
Add milk and mix well.
Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of the cake comes out clean.
Let cake cool slightly.
Frost cake in pan.
