On The Double Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Egg Beaters
    1/4 c. liquid Butter Buds
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.
    Add sugar, salt, Butter Buds and 1 cup of the flour.
    Beat until smooth. Stir in the rest of the flour and continue stirring until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size (about 30 to 40 minutes).
    Spoon batter into 24 muffin cups, sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
    Fill each cup about 1/2 full.
    Let rise until dough reaches the top of the muffin tin (28 to 30 minutes). Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Yields 24.
