Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch baked pie shell
4 c. fresh blueberries
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Into saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, salt, water and 2 cups blueberries.
Cook, stirring over medium heat until thickened.
Remove from heat; add butter.
Place 2 cups blueberries in shell and pour warm filling over all.
Chill. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
