Strawberry Cheesecake Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. powdered vanilla or 1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 qt. fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. sugar or more to taste
3 Tbsp. almond flavored liqueur or almond extract to taste
1 angel food cake, torn into bite-size pieces

Preparation

In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and confectioners sugar; add sour cream, vanilla and almond extract.
Set aside.
