Deep Fried Cauliflower - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. oil
1 c. milk
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 head cauliflower
Preparation

Combine egg, oil and milk.
Add to flour gradually.
Add salt. Beat with rotary beater until smooth.
Divide cauliflower into flowerets.
Cook in salted water until tender.
Drain well.
Dip flowerets in batter.
Fry in 375\u00b0 deep fat until lightly browned. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
