Egg And Cheese Casserole Breakfast Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage, browned, drained and cooled
    8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    4 slices white or wheat bread, cubed
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown the sausage; set aside.
    Blend eggs and milk together. Add bread cubes, cheese, dry mustard and sausage.
    Mix well and cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 45 minutes, covered, in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
    Serves 6 to 8.
