Eye Of The Round Cocktail Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) roast
    tenderizer
    1 c. Italian dressing
    1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Put a generous\tsprinkling of tenderizer on one side of the roast for half
    hour,
    then
    on
    the
    other for half hour. Marinate roast
    in\tthe
    remaining ingredients in refrigerator overnight.\tTurn once
    before
    bedtime.
    Cook
    either in foil, wrapped tightly, or in
    roaster,
    covered,\tat 200\u00b0 for 4 or 5 hours.
    Allow to cool
    before
    slicing
    or\ttake
    back
    to the butcher for slicing, if very thin slices are preferred.
