Great Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. uncooked macaroni
    1 tsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation
    Boil the macaroni in water until tender; drain thoroughly. Stir in butter and egg.
    Mix the dry mustard and salt with 1 tablespoon of hot water; add to milk and set aside.
    Add the cheese to the macaroni, reserving enough cheese to sprinkle on top.
    Place into a greased casserole dish.
    Pour the milk mixture over all.
    Sprinkle with the reserved cheese.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes, or until custard is set.
