Cheese And Sausage Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain croutons
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    2 c. half and half
    2 c. cooked sausage, drained
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Place 2 cups croutons in a buttered 2-quart casserole.
    In a large bowl, combine sausage, celery, green pepper, onion and pimiento.
    Fold in mayonnaise and mustard.
    Spread over croutons.
    Top with cheese and remaining croutons.
    Combine eggs and half and half.
    Pour over croutons.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
    Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven, uncovered, for 1 hour or until set.
    Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
