Peel-A-Pound Of Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice or V-8 juice
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    1 qt. water
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1/2 bunch celery, diced
    1 lb. carrots, peeled and diced
    2 c. green beans
    4 tsp. onion flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Very lo-cal, nutritious soup.
