Tropical Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
    16 oz. can fruit cocktail
    1 small angel food cake
    2 c. whipped cream of Cool Whip
    1 c. roasted almonds, slivered
    6 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Preparation
    Prepare gelatin according to directions on package and gell with fruit cocktail.
    Chill until set.
    Make pudding according to the directions on package.
    Cut angel food cake into small squares. In a bowl, make layers of cake, vanilla pudding, jello with fruit cocktail, whipped cream and roasted, slivered almonds.
    Do these layers 2 times.
    Can be prepared 24 hours ahead.
