Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    flour
    3/4 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Take chicken breasts and pound with meat mallet until about 1/2-inch thick. Place chicken in resealable plastic bag. Add lemon juice. Marinate 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remove chicken. Dredge in flour. Cook in skillet in the cooking oil until done. Should be about 3 minutes per side. Will be golden brown. Serve hot. Makes 4 servings.
