Chicken Liver And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, chopped
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. chicken liver
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place bacon and
    onions in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Microwave on High
    until
    bacon is crisp and onions are tender, about 3 or
    4
    minutes.
    Stir
    in
    remaining
    ingredients, then microwave on High
    until chicken livers are firm and tender and sauce is thickened,
    about
    17
    to 22 minutes, stirring once or twice.
    This can be served over rice or noodles.
