Ta'S Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
    1 small onion
    parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute onion and add flour.
    Add milk to make a white sauce.
    Add broth and spices.
    Add chicken and parsley. Simmer until thickened.
    Pour over pastry or toast cups to serve.
