Sugar Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. milk
1 egg

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add oil, milk and eggs.
Drop in hot oil by 1/2 teaspoonfuls.
Drain on paper towels.
May coat with confectioners sugar.
