Pistachio Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. nucoa
    1 c. flour
    1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. Cool Whip
    2 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. (additional) Cool Whip
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix nucoa and flour in a 9 x 13-inch pan and press down.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes, cool.
