Morning Mix-Up - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen hash browns
    1 c. chopped ham
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    chives
Preparation
    Place hash browns, ham and onion in skillet.
    Brown in oil for 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.
    Beat eggs and add to skillet.
    Stir occasionally until eggs are set.
    Remove from heat and gently stir in cheese.
    Spoon onto a serving platter, sprinkle with chives.
    A great \"make ahead\" breakfast.
