Pumpkin Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pumpkin (canned or cooked)
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices in large bowl.
    Beat eggs in another bowl.
    Mix in the shortening, water, buttermilk and pumpkin with eggs.
    Add flour mixture and blend well.
    Heat a pan and coat with shortening.
    Drop a spoonful of batter on pan.
    Turn after small bubbles appear.
    Remove when golden brown.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
