Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 c. finely chopped carrots
    2 c. cream of potato soup
    1 can beef bouillon soup or 1 cube and water
    2 large cans chili or kidney beans
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 qt. tomatoes, broken up
    2 c. chopped celery
    Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese
    corn chips
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and simmer on low heat for 2 hours. Top each individual bowl with grated Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese (combined) and crushed or whole corn chips.
