Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 3 1/2 lb. fryer chicken
1 c. of flour, to coat
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder (granulated only, not powdered-sprinkle liberally)
paprika, sprinkle
crisco @ 2 c. (not crisco oil)
Preparation

METHOD:
Wash chicken well and dry off.
Cut up.
Sprinkle seasonings on pieces.
Coat with flour.
