Basic Cream Cheese Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. butter, softened
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. sifted cake flour
    salt to taste
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    Stir in flour, salt and vanilla.
    Spoon into greased tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done. Yield:
    16 servings.
