Chinese Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

4 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut wings at joints; discard tops. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan.
Mix to blend and simmer 5 minutes.
Dip chicken in and bake about 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting with remaining sauce, turning chicken.
