Rocky Road Pudding Parfaits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3.9 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding/pie filling
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chocolate-covered graham cracker cookie pieces
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    3/4 c. nondairy whipped topping
    chocolate-covered graham crackers, chocolate morsels, nuts for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare pudding mix according to package directions, using milk.
    Pour into bowl.
    Stir in cookie pieces, marshmallows, chocolate morsels and nuts.
    In each of 6 parfait glasses, layer a heaping 1/4 cup pudding with 1 tablespoon whipped topping; repeat layers.
    Top with chocolate-covered graham crackers, chocolate morsels and nuts.
    Makes 6 servings.
