Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 apples
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut up apples as for pie into 10 x 6-inch or round baking dish.
    Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over apples.
    Into last four dry ingredients, drop 1 egg and cut in with 2 knives (very important).
    When crumbly, sprinkle on top of apples, and drizzle melted margarine over the crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve hot or cold.
    Good with ice cream or whipped cream.
