Beets With Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can red beets, sliced or diced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard
4 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation

Blend salt, pepper, lemon juice, mustard and sour cream. Drain off about half of beet juice that's left to mixture and stir well.
Chill before serving.
