Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 carrot
    1 sweet green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Shred head of cabbage.
    Add salt and let stand for 1 hour. Add shredded carrot and green pepper.
    Mix vinegar, sugar, water, mustard and celery seed.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Cool.
    Add to cabbage mixture and freeze.
    May be refrozen.
