Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. pecans
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients; add remainder and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in loaf or tube pan.
