Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add milk, vanilla, eggs and oil.
Stir until mixture is light and fluffy.
Add extra milk to obtain good working condition.
Grease grill with Pam to keep pancakes from sticking.
Heat grill until a drop of water indicates grill is hot.
Cook until bubbles appear (approximately 19 per cake).
Turn and cook on other side.
Store in Dutch oven with plate in bottom until ready to serve.
