Green Beans Hong Kong - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bacon, cut in quarters
2 tsp. bacon drippings
1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 (1 lb.) can French-style green beans
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

How To Cook:
Snap off ends.
Leave whole, cut French-style into lengthwise strips or cut crosswise into 1-inch lengths.
If desired, add a clove of garlic or a bit of onion while cooking. Cook, covered, in 1/2 to 1-inch boiling salted water: whole beans, 15 to 20 minutes; cut, 15 to 20 minutes; French-cut, 10 minutes.
