Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs, beaten
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients, then add the beaten eggs and oil.
Mix together thoroughly.
Fold in chopped apples and nuts.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown (approximately 45 minutes).
