Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    5 eggs, whole
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    10 graham crackers, rolled
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Line bottom of tube pan.
    Mix sugar, cheese, flour, vanilla and lemon juice.
    Drop in eggs, one at a time.
    Mix in cream from bottle.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
    Turn oven down to 200\u00b0 and bake 1 hour.
    Remove from pan when cool.
    Do not grease pan.
