Bo Jangles Cajun Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pd. bulk sausage (Hot Jimmy Dean is best)
    2 2/3 c. canned chicken broth
    1 c. long-grain rice, uncooked
    2 ribs celery, finely minced
    1/4 c. dry minced onion
Preparation
    Brown sausage, pour in undiluted chicken broth.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in rice, onion and celery.
    Cover.
    Let it simmer for about 20 minutes or until most of the liquid has been absorbed and rice is tender.
