Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen vegetables
    1 c. kidney beans
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook frozen vegetables as directed on the package; drain and cool.
    Drain and rinse kidney beans.
    Chop celery, green pepper and onion.
    Mix altogether.
    Stir in a medium saucepan sugar, flour, water and vinegar.
    Cook on medium heat until thick, about 6 to 7 minutes.
    Cool.
    Pour over vegetable mixture and place in a long casserole.
    Refrigerate.
