Red Devil'S Beet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. cooked sliced beets
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix the first 7 ingredients in blender until smooth. Place the rest of the ingredients in bowl and add blender mixture; hand mix together. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
