Crisp Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. water
    2 c. Multi-Purpose Mix
    4 eggs
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, bring water to boil.
    Add mix all at once over low heat.
    Vigorously stir until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball, 1 minute.
    Beat eggs, one at a time, until smooth.
    Cool slightly.
    Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 3-inches apart on lightly greased baking sheet.
    Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Lower heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes. Cool on rack from drafts.
