Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb, cut up
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs; reserve a small portion.
    Mix sugar, flour and rhubarb.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell; pour reserved egg over top. Bake at 425\u00b0.
    When it begins to turn brown, turn down to 350\u00b0 and bake until center sets.
