Cottage Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. chopped chives
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks.
    Mash yolks. Combine yolks, cottage cheese, mustard, milk and chives.
    Mix until well blended; season to taste.
    Re-fill egg whites. Sprinkle with chives (if desired). Makes 8 servings.
