Lillie'S Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn
    1 (16 oz.) can French slice green beans
    1 c. celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Saute celery, onion and pepper in butter.
    Combine the soup and sour cream, mixing well.
    Add sauteed mixture, corn and green beans.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole and sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
