Cheesecake Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
11 oz. cream cheese
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
24 to 30 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 lb. margarine, melted
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in water and lemon juice.
Let set until thick.
Mix sugar and cream cheese together.
Whip milk; add Jell-O and vanilla to sugar and cream cheese mixture.
Mix crumbs with margarine.
Line 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch dish with the crumb mixture.
Pour in cheese mixture; sprinkle some crumbs on top.
Chill.
