Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans taco sauce
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    12 soft tortillas
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet; drain.
    Stir in soups and taco sauce. Simmer for a few minutes.
    Combine cheese, onion and garlic to taste.
    Quarter tortillas.
    Line baking dish with 1/2 of the tortillas; top with 2 layers of beef and cheese mixture, with remaining tortillas in between layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
