Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes*
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/3 stick melted butter
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    *Use 20 ounces ripple/sliced.
    Put in a little water; cook for 3 minutes and drain.
